Results From Large Real-World Cohorts on Treatment Outcomes in Patients With Mantle Cell Lymphoma

A U.S. “real-world” retrospective cohort study of patients receiving first-line treatment for mantle cell lymphoma was reported by Martin et al in the Journal of Clinical Oncology. Retrospective data about 4,000 patients with mantle cell lymphoma in an electronic record–derived de-identified database diagnosed between 2011 and 2021, mostly in community oncology settings, were evaluated for treatment patterns and outcomes.
